Hopeful Hearts is a non-profit animal rescue that provides food, shelter and training to dogs,
cats and horses in preparation for their adoption.
We are dedicated to helping the community provide quality animal care and stress
the importance of educating future pet owners to allow for the best possible
homes for animals.

Rescued from the Polk County animal control during the winter. He was emaciated and wandering around in the cold and snow...he had open wounds from previous dog attacks. Levi had been shot twice and was heart worm positive when he was rescued.
